Shadow Transport Inc. was founded in 1994 by Felicia C Williams. As the daughter of a rigger, she spent her professional life working in the rigging industry where she learned the fundamentals of the business. Once the opportunity presented itself, she knew she wanted to embark on her own business venture. With the combined efforts of Felicia and Paul Capobianco, Shadow Transport Inc was founded. Under Felicia’s guidance the company that started out as a dream idea is now celebrating over 25 years in the business.
With three generations of experience, the staff at Shadow Transport Inc. are experts in equipment rigging and transportation. We offer our customers a stress-free moving experience. We are acutely aware that most of the equipment we handle is valuable, sensitive, and one-of-a-kind. We provide our clients with unparalleled safe and reliable service, while treating their precious equipment as if it were our own.

CEO & President
Ms. Williams is responsible for all executive and management decisions, including but not limited to implementing and managing the strategic direction of the firm. In addition, she approves and monitors all resource allocations for the day-to-day operations of the entire business. Furthermore, she manages all required insurances and ICC Authorities, bonding, accounts receivables, accounts payable, and payroll.
Sal supervises all projects and decides which crew, tools, and vehicles are necessary for each job. He maintains the entire fleet of Shadow Transport tractors, trailers, rigging trucks, and forklifts. He is responsible for purchasing new rigging gear and establishing a scope of work for each project. His intimate knowledge of trucking, and his love of chrome, came from his late father, Paul Capobianco.
Samantha coordinates all projects and keeps the office running efficiently. She maintains close contact with both crew and clients from start to finish during a job. Her organizational skills help the clients stay informed of their move or equipment installation progress. In addition, she manages jobs once they are scheduled and helps facilitate all paperwork necessary for applicable permits
NYC Licensed Master Rigger
Luca runs the sales and estimating team for Shadow Transport Inc. He makes sure that all estimated inquiries are replied to and followed up on in a timely fashion. After walking a project site, he comes up with a strategic plan for equipment placement, and if necessary, initiates the process for engineered drawings. Luca holds NYC Licensed Master Rigger #166, and Site Safety Supervisor certification.
